Description
Materials Used: 140lb. Watercolor paper, polymer medium, acrylics, painted drawing paper with over lay of gestural lines feather mark making with India ink. Painted and printed deli paper, sanded and acrylic magazines glazing medium and graphite crayons, sealed with a layer of UV satin varnished.
Meaning behind the art: Trying out a different paper making paper, and a few days ago I saw a Baltimore oriole with the strong black, white and orange. One thing led to the next and I felt like I was sort of working with the primary colors, yellow, blue and red. So with the purpose of using the paper white gray lined papers I had a primary purpose set out to do.
